Brochures

Create professional brochures for any listing. Choose Quick Brochure for a short flow: pick a template (1-page flyer, 2-page overview, or 4-page full brochure), select the property, preview, and generate. PDF and cover image are produced from your listing data—agent info, price, and description included by default. For more control over layout, highlights, and imagery, use Custom Brochure and step through the full wizard (property, highlights and images, location map, then publish). You can also auto-generate a 1-page brochure in one click from the brochure entry page when you have a listing selected.

Newsletters

Build market newsletters with a guided wizard. Set month, region, and title; choose featured people; select market sections (by property type); then let the AI generate market analysis for those sections. Add hot properties (featured listings), uploads and links, and footer/compliance content. Preview and export a single PDF to share with clients or use as a template for future editions. Newsletters can be saved as drafts, published, or duplicated from existing templates.

Where to use it

Open Marketing Center from the app to create or view brochures and newsletters. You can start a brochure from the center, from a listing's marketing entry point, or from the workflow pipeline when "Brochure Generated" is a step. Newsletter creation is available from Marketing Center and from workflow quick actions. All output is tied to your listing and document context so the AI stays consistent across Listing Center, Document Center, and Marketing Center.
