Antela.ai ("Antela", "we", "our", or "us") is the AI operating system designed to simplify and modernize commercial real estate (CRE) workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website, applications, and services.
By accessing or using Antela, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Antela uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to assist with tasks such as listing creation, document analysis, search, and recommendations. Your data is used only to provide platform functionality and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers (such as cloud infrastructure, analytics, or payment processors) strictly to operate Antela. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Antela Export Manager is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to export commercial real estate listings from the Antela platform into third-party CRE platforms such as Crexi.
The extension operates only when actively used by the user and performs actions such as opening browser tabs, reading page structure, and populating form fields to assist with listing creation on supported platforms.

The Chrome extension does not independently collect, store, or sell personal user data.

When exporting listings, the extension may interact with third-party platforms (such as Crexi) to populate listing data. These interactions occur only when triggered by the user.
All communications between the extension and Antela services are performed securely using industry-standard encryption.
If you choose to connect your Google account to Antela, Antela may request access to certain Google account information and services necessary to provide features you enable.
Depending on the features you authorize, this may include basic Google account information and Gmail data required to send, receive, organize, or associate email communications with listings, contacts, leads, and brokerage workflows within Antela.
Antela uses Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing functionality you explicitly authorize. Antela does not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising. Google user data, including Gmail data, is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Access to Google user data is limited to the permissions required to provide the requested functionality.
