Serena Fuchs works in commercial real estate with a mission to understand markets, create value, and help clients and colleagues

She began her career in commercial real estate in 2015 with Bishop Clancy Commercial, entering the industry with an investor’s
mindset and a deep curiosity to learn every aspect of the business. Since then, she has built a reputation for strategic insight, data-
driven analysis, and skilled negotiation — qualities she brings to every transaction, whether listing and marketing a property for sale,
leasing up vacancies to strengthen income, or structuring a 1031 exchange to maximize returns.
Serena believes that real estate is one of the most powerful vehicles for building long-term wealth and is passionate about putting
money to work intelligently and purposefully for her clients. Every deal represents an opportunity to create value, build lasting
relationships, and move one step closer to achieving financial and business goals.
Working with business owners to identify and seize opportunities for wealth-building is one of Serena’s greatest passions — and one
she has realized personally through owning and operating an RV park. Managing a successful hospitality business has given her
firsthand insight into the operational side of real estate investment and the importance of strategic, hands-on management. She is
particularly passionate about helping small business owners recognize the unique and powerful opportunities that real estate
ownership offers for long-term financial success.
Grounded in integrity, transparency, and collaboration, Serena takes pride in guiding clients through every stage of the process —
from property positioning and market analysis to closing — with focus, care, and clear communication.
Serena holds bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s degree in
Nutritional Sciences from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
