ACAMM is the Antela CRE AI Maturity Model, a proprietary framework from Antela.ai for evaluating organizational AI maturity in commercial real estate brokerages. It measures eight dimensions of capability and classifies firms across five levels, from Manual to AI-Native.
The five ACAMM levels are Manual, Reactive, Organized, Connected, and AI-Native. They describe increasing organizational capability, from fragmented manual work to AI embedded in the brokerage operating model. Humans remain responsible for judgment, relationships, and accountability at every level.
The ACAMM Assessment is 10 questions and takes about two minutes. Eight questions are scored into an AI Maturity Score (0–100) and an ACAMM Level. Two questions capture barriers and priorities to personalize next steps without changing the score.
No. ACAMM results, competitive positions such as Keeping Pace or Market Leader, and the Executive Readiness Review are directional interpretations of organizational capability. They are not an independent, government, or third-party certification.
No. ACAMM scoring is vendor-neutral. Maturity is based on organizational capability, not adoption of any specific technology vendor. Use of Antela.ai is not required to achieve any ACAMM maturity level.
