These Terms govern your access to and use of Antela.ai, an AI-powered operating system for commercial real estate.
Antela.ai (“Antela”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the AI operating system designed to help commercial real estate professionals create, discover, market, and transact properties more efficiently. By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Antela. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each person may create and maintain only one account. Creating or registering multiple accounts, including accounts for the same person under different email addresses, is a violation of these Terms of Service. Antela may suspend or terminate any accounts involved.
Antela provides tools such as AI-generated listings, AI-powered search, document intelligence, partner discovery, and analytics. These tools are intended to assist decision-making, not replace professional judgment. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or generate on the Platform (“User Content”). By using Antela, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
Certain features may require payment or subscription. All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Antela reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Antela makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings, AI outputs, market insights, or partner services. Antela does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

I understand and acknowledge that Antela is a technology platform that enables buyers, agents, brokerages, vendors, and other parties to connect and collaborate. Information provided on the platform may be supplied by users, third parties, or public sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. I accept responsibility for independently verifying the identity, credentials, licenses, authority, property information, and other relevant facts concerning any party or property before entering into or relying upon any transaction, agreement, or business relationship through Antela.

Version v1
I certify, represent, and warrant that all information I have provided to Antela is true, accurate, complete, and current. I further represent and warrant that I hold all valid and required real estate licenses necessary to conduct real estate activities in each state identified by me and that I am duly authorized to represent, market, advertise, or otherwise act on behalf of the owner or authorized party for every property I submit, list, or market through Antela. I understand that Antela may rely on these representations and that I am responsible for maintaining the accuracy and validity of this information.
Accepted at signup with the checkbox: “I have read, understand, and agree to the Agent Certification and Attestation above.”

I certify, represent, and warrant that all information provided by me or my company is true, accurate, complete, and current. I further certify that I and/or my company hold all licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, and other credentials required to provide the services offered in each applicable jurisdiction. I am duly authorized to represent my company and provide such services. I accept full responsibility for maintaining the validity and accuracy of all information and credentials provided and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional requirements.
Accepted at signup with the checkbox: “I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the above attestation.”
The attestations above are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. When you accept one, Antela records your affirmative checkbox consent together with your name and account, the date and time of acceptance, and the version of the wording shown to you. If an attestation is revised, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you save the relevant profile.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Antela after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
