Denise Lupretta

Denise Lupretta joined Prime Commercial in October 2007 and specializes in landlord representation, retail leasing, sales, marketing, and contract negotiation. A San Jose native, she brings local knowledge of Bay Area communities and the tenant combinations that support retail destinations. She also helps business owners identify suitable locations. Her shopping center experience includes Mission Valley Shopping Center, Morgan Hill Plaza, Cochrane Plaza, and Almaden Oaks, alongside downtown properties in Santa Clara County. Before entering commercial brokerage, Denise managed contract renewals and vendor negotiations in Hewlett-Packard’s Contracts and Procurement organization.
