Doug Ferrari

Doug Ferrari is a Founding Principal of Prime Commercial, specializing in landlord representation, retail leasing, and commercial investment sales. He advises owners, developers, and institutional investors on properties ranging from standalone retail buildings to multi-tenant entertainment centers. His sales experience includes shopping centers, restaurants, mixed-use buildings, and development land. Before co-founding Prime, Doug was a Senior Associate at Meacham/Oppenheimer and a Vice President and Partner at appraisal firm Fox, Fabbro, Ferrari and Associates. His valuation background supports clients’ investment decisions. A San Jose native, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
