Brennan J. Monro

Brennan J. Monro joined Prime Commercial in May 2024 with more than a decade of commercial development experience. His background includes six years with a Texas retail developer and more than four years as a Project Manager and Asset Manager at Sand Hill Property Company, where he managed a commercial portfolio valued at approximately $500 million. He focuses on landlord representation and negotiations with national and local retail tenants. His acquisition and disposition experience spans value-add and stabilized investments, NNN properties, grocery-anchored centers, redevelopment, and ground-up projects. Brennan holds an Economics degree from Southern Methodist University and participates in ICSC and NAIOP.
