This experience gave me a strong foundation in development, operations, and the long-term value creation that real estate can provide. Prior to my career in brokerage, I worked as a Project Manager overseeing more than 250,000 square feet of residential, mixed-use, and hotel development projects. During this time, I gained extensive experience in site acquisition, land use, entitlements, and navigating the permitting process, which continues to inform my approach when advising clients on development and investment opportunities. Today, my team and I represent clients across both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Personally, I specialize in retail properties, land development opportunities, and business brokerage, with experience in transactions ranging from pre-school sales to large land development deals. I also work closely with investors seeking high cash-flow opportunities nationwide, helping Bay Area homeowners strategically redeploy capital into investment markets such as Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, and Florida. Beyond my brokerage work, I remain actively involved in the community by serving as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Foster City, California. In this role, I contribute to shaping thoughtful land use policies and supporting smart growth initiatives that balance development, community needs, and environmental stewardship. I hold a Business Management degree from Babson College (Massachusetts) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Finance.
