Configuration: listing and lead email preferences

Overview

Agents manage notification preferences under Profile & Settings → Configuration (/agent/configuration). The page heading is Configuration with copy about email notifications for listing activity and leads.

Steps

  1. Open Profile & Settings in the agent sidebar.
  2. Click Configuration.
  3. Adjust Email preferences using Agent Lead Email Preferences (listing activity and leads).
  4. Save any changes offered in that section.

Tips

  • Combine Configuration with Password Change in the same Profile & Settings group for account hygiene.

Common mistakes

  • Opening Configuration with a non-agent account—the page requires an agent user type.
