Leads Center: inquiries, email, and scoring

Overview

Leads Center (/agent/leads-center) lists buyer activity with filters, sorting, AI score bands (hot / active / passive), and Send email actions using templates from the Leads Center workflow.

Steps

  1. Open Leads Center from the sidebar (label: Leads Center).
  2. Review the table columns for lead type (viewed, saved, inquired), dates, and AI score.
  3. Use filters and column sort controls to prioritize follow-ups.
  4. Select leads and open Send email (or similar) to message prospects; the modal supports templates and batch flows.

Tips

  • Insights panels on listing pages complement Leads Center—open a property’s detail view for deeper engagement tools.

Common mistakes

  • Ignoring lead status—update status after contact so the pipeline stays accurate.
