Create Brochure (quick workflow)

Overview

From Marketing Center, use Create Marketing Asset → Create Brochure or go to /marketing-center/brochures/new. The quick brochure flow uses steps Property, Basic Info, Highlights, Preview & Generate, and Complete.

Steps

  1. Open Marketing Center (/agent/marketing-center or /marketing-center).
  2. Click Create Marketing Asset and choose Create Brochure, or open the quick flow at /marketing-center/brochures/quick/new.
  3. Step Property: choose a property (listing).
  4. Step Basic Info: confirm name, address, description, and cover image (plain text length limits apply in the wizard).
  5. Step Highlights: add key highlights, then use Preview & Generate and Complete to finish.

Tips

  • Marketing Center is available for Agent and Owner accounts; ops workflows use the ops admin brochure routes when applicable.

Common mistakes

  • Skipping the cover image or description—Basic Info validation requires them before continuing.
