Create Offering Memorandum (OM wizard)

Overview

Offering memorandums use a multi-step wizard at /marketing-center/offering-memorandums/new with sidebar titles such as Select Property, Basic Info & Cover, Summary & Highlights, and Preview.

Steps

  1. Open Marketing Center → Create Marketing Asset → Create Offering Memorandum when your plan includes it.
  2. Select Property: tie the OM to an existing listing or new property details.
  3. Complete Basic Info & Cover, Summary & Highlights (AI-generated summary and eight highlights), Additional Pictures, Location, Location Map, Accessibility (transportation overview), Demographics, and Agent Info.
  4. Use Preview to review the PDF, then Save to name and store the offering memorandum.

Tips

  • Large PDFs may hit compact or hard max size checks—follow any on-screen guidance if generation fails.

Common mistakes

  • Starting as a non-agent—OM creation is gated to agent access in the app.
