Create & Publish Listings (sale and lease)

Overview

New listings start from Create & Publish Listings in the agent sidebar (/agent/listings-create) for the manual wizard, or try AI-assisted creation at /agent/listings-create-ai. The public nav Create a Listing offers For Sale and For Lease with property types such as Building, Office, Retail, and Industrial.

Steps

  1. Choose For Sale or For Lease (nav: Create a Listing → For Sale / For Lease).
  2. Pick a property type (e.g. Building, Land, Office) for sale, or Building / Industrial / Office / Retail for lease.
  3. Complete the listing wizard steps (property info, location, media, review).
  4. Ops admins can start from the sidebar under Listings → Create Listing (/brokerage/ops_admin/agent-operations/create-listing).

Tips

  • Agents can jump straight from the sidebar item labeled Create & Publish Listings.

Common mistakes

  • Partners hitting the listing creator without an agent or owner role—use the correct account type.
