The five ACAMM levels are Manual, Reactive, Organized, Connected, and AI-Native. They describe increasing organizational capability, from fragmented manual work to AI embedded in the brokerage operating model. Humans remain responsible for judgment, relationships, and accountability at every level.

How does the ACAMM Assessment work?

The ACAMM Assessment is 10 questions and takes about two minutes. Eight questions are scored into an AI Maturity Score (0–100) and an ACAMM Level. Two questions capture barriers and priorities to personalize next steps without changing the score.

How is the Executive Readiness Review different from the self-assessment?

The ACAMM Assessment is a 10-question self-assessment. After you provide contact details, you receive your score and level on the page and by email. The Executive Readiness Review is a 30–45 minute advisory session with leadership that applies the same ACAMM methodology in a live discussion. Neither is a certification.
