ACAMM™ RESEARCH & BENCHMARK
Antela is building an industry-wide view of how commercial real estate brokerages are adopting and operationalizing AI — across leadership, people, workflows, institutional knowledge, technology, governance, measurement, and automation.
As participation grows, ACAMM will provide brokerage leaders with an increasingly clear view of where the industry stands, what separates leaders from laggards, and where firms are investing next.
The ACAMM CRE AI Research and Benchmark Initiative is Antela's long-term program for understanding how commercial real estate brokerages operationalize AI. It is designed to measure adoption, operational maturity, transformation barriers, and leadership priorities from aggregated, anonymized assessments. Industry statistics are published only when participation supports meaningful analysis.
Research design
The Antela CRE AI Maturity Model™ (ACAMM™) is designed to measure not simply whether brokerages use AI, but how deeply AI has become an organizational capability.
How deeply AI is being adopted across brokerage roles, teams, and business functions.
How brokerages progress from individual experimentation to connected, measurable AI-enabled operations.
What prevents brokerages from converting AI experimentation into organizational capability.
Where CRE leaders are focusing their AI investments and transformation efforts next.
Five-level model
ACAMM classifies organizational AI maturity across five progressive levels. As the dataset grows, we will publish how commercial real estate brokerages are distributed across these stages.
Where market leaders operate
Industry distribution will be published as the ACAMM dataset reaches sufficient participation for meaningful analysis.
Research agenda
These are the questions the ACAMM benchmark is designed to answer as anonymized participation grows — not findings we already claim to know.
01
Where does the industry currently fall across ACAMM Levels 1–5?
02
Which brokerage workflows are benefiting first — research, pitches, marketing, lead engagement, operations, or other areas?
03
Which capabilities distinguish Connected and AI-Native organizations from firms still using AI primarily as an individual productivity tool?
04
Are the biggest constraints adoption, integration, data, governance, expertise, workflow maturity, or proving ROI?
05
Do boutique, mid-market, and larger brokerages follow different AI transformation paths?
06
Which AI capabilities and workflows are becoming the next priorities for brokerage leadership?
Every meaningful industry benchmark begins with understanding individual organizations. Complete the ACAMM Assessment to establish your brokerage’s current AI maturity.
Understand where your brokerage currently sits across the five-stage maturity model.
See strengths and gaps across the core dimensions of organizational AI maturity.
Identify the capabilities most important for reaching the next ACAMM level.
Planned as the ACAMM dataset grows
As the anonymized ACAMM dataset grows, future benchmark reports will help brokerage leaders understand their maturity in the context of the broader commercial real estate industry.
