ACAMM™
Proprietary Antela Methodology
ACAMM™ is Antela’s proprietary methodology for evaluating how effectively a commercial real estate brokerage has operationalized AI across its organization.
The model looks beyond individual AI tool usage to evaluate whether AI has become a repeatable, connected, governed, measurable, and increasingly intelligent organizational capability.
ACAMM is Antela's proprietary methodology for evaluating how commercial real estate brokerages operationalize AI. It measures eight organizational dimensions and classifies firms from Manual to AI-Native. Scoring is vendor-neutral: use of Antela is not required. The detailed scoring model, thresholds, and qualification rules are proprietary and are not published.
A brokerage can have dozens of employees using AI and still have relatively low organizational AI maturity.
ACAMM evaluates whether AI capability extends beyond individual experimentation into the people, processes, knowledge, systems, controls, measurement, and automation required to create sustainable organizational advantage.

Eight dimensions
ACAMM evaluates organizational AI capability across eight dimensions of brokerage operations.
How clearly leadership connects AI investment to brokerage priorities, ownership, and business outcomes.
How broadly and effectively AI-supported ways of working have been adopted across relevant roles and teams.
How consistently important brokerage processes are standardized, repeatable, and designed to benefit from AI.
How effectively organizational knowledge is captured, accessible, reusable, and available to support future work.
How effectively AI, data, and existing brokerage systems work together rather than operating as disconnected tools.
How effectively the organization manages responsible AI use, sensitive information, accuracy, review, and accountability.
How effectively the brokerage measures whether AI is improving operational and commercial outcomes.
How far AI has progressed from assisting individual tasks toward supporting connected workflows and proactive intelligence.
From Assessment to ACAMM Level
The ACAMM Assessment evaluates capability across eight dimensions. Responses are analyzed with Antela’s proprietary methodology to determine an ACAMM Level — from Manual to AI-Native.
Where market leaders operate
ACAMM considers both overall capability and the balance of capabilities required for higher levels of organizational maturity. A strong result in one area does not necessarily compensate for foundational gaps elsewhere.
The detailed scoring model, capability thresholds, weighting logic, and maturity qualification rules are proprietary components of the ACAMM methodology.
ACAMM evaluates brokerage-wide capability rather than how sophisticated one employee may be at using AI.
Maturity is based on organizational capability and operating practices — not the number or brand of AI products being used.
Higher maturity requires progress across multiple organizational capabilities rather than excellence in one isolated area.
AI-Native does not mean autonomous. Human judgment, relationships, negotiation, oversight, and accountability remain fundamental.
ACAMM evaluates organizational AI capability, not technology vendor adoption. A brokerage does not need to use Antela — or any specific technology platform — to achieve a high ACAMM maturity level.
This separation between the maturity framework and technology selection is intentional and is fundamental to the credibility of the model.
The public ACAMM Assessment is designed to provide a directional view of organizational AI maturity based on respondent-provided information.
For organizations seeking a deeper evaluation, the ACAMM Executive Readiness Review examines capabilities, workflows, priorities, and transformation opportunities in greater depth.
Industry benchmark comparisons will only be introduced as sufficient anonymized ACAMM assessment data becomes available for meaningful analysis.
In a complimentary 30–45 minute session, we assess where your brokerage stands and what it takes to move to the next ACAMM Level.
